The hotel was in great location. Just a 20mins walk in a straight line to the Eiffel Tower and really friendly staff.

Almost everything was good, except from the table arrangements at breakfast and the low availability of elevators. It happened that we waited for the elevator for 15 minutes. We could not take the stairs with all our luggage and go down from the 13th floor.

The breakfast was amazing and the beds were nice and comfortable. We were greeted by an amazingly happy and kind staff member at the reception.

The location was great as it was at a walking distance to Eiffel Tower and metro. I also liked the water fountain bar at the lobby which I created a habit of filling up my bottle every time I pass by it. During our stay, we slept quite comfortably.

Great hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. 2 adults and one child. There was a double bed and a pull out couch which suited us perfectly. The bedroom was a nice size overall and all essentials were there. Really appreciate nice white bed sheets and towels that were changed daily. The bathroom was spacious with both a bath and a shower and quite a decent size sink. We payed just over €400 for 3 nights for a hotel that’s 8-12 mins away from the Eiffel Tower, and minutes away from two metros was just amazing. I couldn’t find anything for that price.

Great amenities within walking distance, including metro station (Charles Michels), Monoprix, F&B options and retail stores. The room size was generous. It came with a mini fridge and kettle, all of which were very handy especially when travelling with a toddler. We were fortunate to be given a room with spectacular view overlooking the Seine, and had several opportunities to soak in the late sunsets. That really enhanced our overall stay!

The only noise was from Bastille Day fireworks. Solange in the breakfast area was friendly and superb. She asked me if I taught French. I have been studying it since 1960. All over France, people understood me, and gave me compliments. Desk clerks were fabulous, but Solange was head and shoulders above everyone else. I loved having a safe. I felt protected inside your hotel. Also loved the children's play area! Everything was so clean.
